Job summary

V2X, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Planning & Electrical Engineer (Designer/QA&QC) to develop and review electrical distribution designs (HV/MV/LV/ELV) for the LOGCAP program across Subic sites.

You will lead design oversight, submittal reviews, and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams during design, construction, and facilities operation. Based in Subic Bay Freeport, this role requires hands-on electrical drafting (AutoCAD or equivalent), strong safety compliance, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) is required.
• Proficient in Google Suite, MS Office, and electrical design/drafting software.
• Must have knowledge of CMMS Maximo Software.
• OSHA/NEBOSH IOSH qualifications are a plus.
• Minimum 5 years in supervisory facilities operations & maintenance.
• Filipino citizen with valid driver’s license (Code B/B1).

Responsibilities

• Design and review electrical distribution systems (HV, MV, LV, ELV) and draft designs.
• Oversee daily operations and preventive maintenance of electrical facilities.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and contractor performance.
• Ensure safety, code compliance, and quality in all activities.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams during design and construction.
