Job summary

Grandspan Development Corporation seeks an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to oversee electrical work on construction projects in Binangonan Rizal. The role leads electricians, ensures safety, schedules activities, and coordinates with project managers to meet deadlines.

Based in Binangonan Rizal, this full-time position requires a degree in Electrical Engineering, 6+ years in supervision, and strong knowledge of codes and testing software.

Qualifications

• A degree or certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in repair and maintenance of heavy and light machines and equipment.
• At least 6 years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Proven experience leading and managing a team of electricians.
• Supervisory experience in heavy industry or construction environments.
• Excellent knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in using electrical testing equipment and software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of electrical teams on fabrication plant.
• Ensure all electrical work is completed safely, on time, and to specification.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other trades to coordinate activities.
• Monitor and report on the progress of electrical work.
• Identify and resolve any electrical issues or problems that arise.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior electricians.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the electrical work.
