Job summary

CACI International seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to support facilities engineering, modernization, and mission sustainment across the Indo-Pacific. The team spans Honolulu, Okinawa, the Philippines, and more, delivering safe, resilient electrical systems for critical operations.

You will design, inspect, and oversee electrical infrastructure, power systems, renewables, and backup power, ensuring compliance with UFC, NEC, NFPA, and other standards while coordinating with government

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical engineering or related fields.
Experience supporting DoD or government infrastructure programs preferred.
Experience designing, analyzing, or maintaining electrical systems and facility infrastructure.
Experience with facility construction, modernization, or renovation projects.
Experience preparing drawings, calculations, specifications, and technical reports.
Ability to coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders while meeting schedules and budgets.
Ability to present engineering recommendations to leadership.
Active Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

Perform electrical engineering assessments of facilities and infrastructure.
Develop electrical designs, calculations, specifications, and construction documents.
Design and evaluate medium- and low-voltage distribution, generators, UPS, lighting, grounding, and renewables.
Conduct inspections, power quality analyses, and system evaluations.
Prepare reports, design packages, and cost estimates for projects.
Review contractor submissions for technical compliance.
Support construction management including design reviews and commissioning.
Coordinate with government personnel, contractors, and host nation reps.
Ensure designs comply with UFC, NEC, NFPA, IEEE, OSHA, and local regs.
Identify deficiencies and recommend corrective actions for resilience and readiness.
Support contingency engineering and rapid assessments during emergent ops.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on integrated solutions.
Maintain as-built drawings and project records.
Provide recommendations on lifecycle maintenance and energy efficiency.
Promote safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.
