Job summary

CACI International, a leader in mission-critical IT and cybersecurity, seeks a Senior Field Service Engineer to support mission systems, IT infrastructure, and operational engineering across the Indo-Pacific.

You will install, configure, sustain, troubleshoot, and upgrade hardware, software, and networks to ensure continuous government mission readiness. Collaborative work with stakeholders and vendors is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in systems engineering, field service engineering, or related roles for government or DoD programs.
• Experience supporting DoD, Joint and Combatant Command activities or DISA.
• Experience installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise hardware, software, and networks.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, integrate, test, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade mission-critical hardware, software, and networks.
• Provide field engineering support for logistics systems, C2 platforms, asset visibility technologies, edge devices, and IT infrastructure.
• Coordinate hardware/software releases, firmware updates, and technology refresh initiatives.
• Troubleshoot complex issues to restore operational capability in expeditionary environments.
• Develop reports, maintenance records, and executive-level briefings.
