Job summary

WSP Manila Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical Designer to join the Power & Energy team. You will lead design drafting with a focus on protection, control and SCADA, delivering high-quality work on time and mentoring junior team members.

The role requires independence and teamwork, delivering designs using AutoCAD, MicroStation and Revit while supporting projects globally. You will contribute to landmark projects and advance technical capabilities within the group.

Qualifications

• Typically, 8-11 years’ experience in electrical design
• Experience in protection, control and SCADA systems
• Proficiency with 2D drafting software and standards

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver detailed electrical designs for projects within the Power & Energy team.
• Lead and coach colleagues in design tools, standards, and best practices.
• Ensure design quality and documentation compliance with project requirements and timelines.
• Use AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Revit to produce drawings and wiring schematics.
• Collaborate with engineers across disciplines to meet client and project needs.
