Job summary

Xerox Cebu is seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst specializing in EDI to oversee stability, performance, and integration of critical systems within Channels Operations for Corporate and Commercial Solutions.

You will manage end-to-end production support for OpenText VAN-based EDI, multi-format mappings, and enterprise apps including Order to Cash, Finance, ART, Call Management, and RPA workloads, on IFS Cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years in enterprise application support, 3+ years in EDI operations and integrations.
• Experience with OpenText VAN or similar EDI platforms (SPS Commerce, IBM Sterling).
• Experience with multiple EDI formats (EDI X12, EDIFACT, XML).
• Strong hands-on knowledge of MS Access, SQL Server, Oracle, ColdFusion, and IFS Cloud or containerized platforms.
• Experience supporting financial systems, close processes, and enterprise reporting.
• Proficiency with ITSM tools like ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Lead EDI operations via OpenText VAN for 36+ trading partners.
• Ensure secure, timely data integration between systems and partners.
• Onboard connections, resolve mappings, maintain EDI compliance.
• Monitor EDI messages, troubleshoot failures, minimize disruption.
• Oversee daily operations for O2C, Finance apps, ART, Call Management and RPA workflows on IFS Cloud.
• Manage incidents and changes in ServiceNow per SLA.
• Support financial close processes and automate where possible.
