Canada's most trusted digital marketing agency is seeking a Senior Paid Media Specialist to lead e-commerce paid search, display, and video campaigns. You will manage multiple client accounts, optimize for ROI, and scale ad programs across Google, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube from a remote role based in EST hours.

Your responsibilities include strategy development, performance analysis, reporting, and close collaboration with clients and internal teams to drive measurable growth.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on multi-platform experience managing ads on Google, Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
• Strong English fluency for direct client communication.
• Experience handling 10+ active client accounts with a budget of at least $100,000+ annually or $10,000+ monthly.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, GA4 and digital marketing analytics tools.
• Proven ability to deliver positive ROI and ROAS.
• Solid knowledge of keyword strategies, bidding, ad structure and optimization techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; able to present insights clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts independently and take initiative.

Responsabilidades

• Develop campaign strategies across Search, Display, YouTube, Meta, and TikTok.
• Build, launch and optimize multi-platform campaigns with strong ROI focus.
• Monitor CPC, CTR, ROI, ROAS, and conversions; identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure accurate tracking via GA4 events, UTM parameters, and CRM integrations.
• Provide client updates, strategy insights, and performance reviews.
• Prepare clear performance reports and actionable recommendations.
• Conduct A/B tests to optimize ad performance and engagement.
• Stay updated on Google Ads best practices and platform changes.
