Job summary

Nexus Recruitment Group in the Philippines is seeking a proactive Junior Lead Consultant with hands‑on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform. This role supports CRM and business automation projects, designing, configuring, and implementing scalable, user‑focused applications with clients and internal teams.

This position advances beyond traditional consulting, with partial leadership responsibilities, mentoring junior members, and contributing to solution architecture

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4-6 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Service, or Marketing modules).
• Proficiency in Power Platform components including Power Apps (Canvas and Model‑Driven), Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with Dataverse, Azure Logic Apps, connectors, and custom APIs.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus.
• Understanding of data modeling, integration frameworks, and solution lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with an ability to understand complex business requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with clients and cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the planning, design, and implementation of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
• Configure model‑driven apps, custom workflows, business rules, and integrations within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

• Lead smaller workstreams or modules within larger transformation projects.
• Ensure adherence to solution design, best practices, coding standards, and security requirements.
• Provide technical input in client workshops, user testing, and deployment support.
• Assist with mentoring junior team members and conducting peer code reviews.
• Stay current on Microsoft platform updates and recommend new features or tools for implementation.
