Job summary

Acquire.AI is seeking a Lead, Success Services in Pasig City on a full-time basis. You will serve as the designated DSE for strategic accounts, build trusted advisor relationships, and drive adoption, optimization, and value realization across the customer journey.

The role emphasizes coaching, onboarding and mentorship of DSEs, as well as workforce planning and cross-functional collaboration with Support, Product, Professional Services, and Engineering to remove blockers and ensure program

Qualifications

• Experienced in managing designated customer accounts.
• Ability to coach and develop DSE team members.
• Proven collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Strong risk and escalation management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the assigned DSE for a designated strategic customer account.
• Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Conduct regular customer meetings, service reviews, and planning sessions.
• Drive customer adoption, optimization, and platform value realization.
• Provide proactive recommendations to improve customer outcomes.
• Coordinate support, product, services, and customer success activities.
• Assist with escalations and complex customer issues.
• Maintain customer success plans, account roadmaps, action plans, and documented commitments.
