Job summary

Acquire Intelligence in Pasig, Philippines is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of Riskonnect clients, driving adoption, renewals, and growth through data-driven strategies and strong relationships.

You will manage a portfolio of 20–30 enterprise clients, collaborating with sales and success teams to maximize retention and upsell opportunities while delivering measurable value. This role operates on a night shift and is onsite.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing role within Enterprise Software or SaaS.
• Proven ability to track and organize action items across 20–30 enterprise clients.
• Skilled in managing stakeholder relationships using remote/virtual tools.
• Experience developing senior-level client relationships.
• Ability to analyze customer behavior and recommend adoption strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with sound judgment and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for a portfolio of Riskonnect clients; drive adoption, renewals, and growth.
• Develop and execute data-driven adoption plans and onboarding programs.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on QBRs and expansion opportunities.
• Map stakeholders to personas and tailor engagement strategies.
• Track issues and drive resolution; report results of action plans.
