Job summary

SYSTRA Philippines Incorporated is seeking a Senior Drainage Engineer to lead the design of urban, roadway, and site drainage systems aligned with DPWH DGCS and international standards. The role requires technical leadership across projects and ensuring constructability.

You will mentor junior engineers, drive multidisciplinary coordination with LGUs and DPWH-EMB, and perform capacity assessments and reviews to optimize layouts.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Master's degree in water resources engineering is an advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years of progress experience in detailed design of drainage networks or land development.

• Mentor and review work of junior engineers.

Educational:

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree in water resources engineering is an advantage.

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years progress experience in detailed design of drainage networks or land development.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Civil3D
• Hydraulic modeling using software such as HEC-DAS, SWMM, GIS, etc.
