Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Senior Information Risk Specialist to join the Governance, Risk and Compliance team in Manila. The role supports disaster recovery and information risk across multiple domains with hands-on analysis, documentation and collaboration.

You will review DR tests, document findings, track remediation actions and align with CoE SOPs, SLAs, and governance standards, collaborating with DR, IRM and business teams to strengthen risk management across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Information Risk Management with hands-on DR exposure.
• Understanding of DR concepts, testing methodologies, and IT recovery.
• Familiar with risk tools such as RCSA, incident management, loss tracking, and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent reviews of disaster recovery tests and identify risks.
• Document findings in centralized tracking tools.
• Support DR activities requiring CoE oversight.
• Monitor remediation actions and CAPs with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with DR/IRM teams to gather information and communicate expectations.
• Contribute to reports, metrics, and process improvements.
