Dar Al Riyadh Philippines invites applications for a seasoned Head of Infrastructure Engineering to steer planning, design, and delivery of major infrastructure projects. The role demands leadership of technical teams, quality oversight, and strategic direction for infrastructure operations.

Responsibilities include standards development, design reviews, inter-disciplinary coordination, and ensuring compliance with local and international codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Master's Degree is preferred.
• Minimum 20+ years of infrastructure design and project delivery experience.
• Strong experience in roads, highways, drainage, stormwater, water distribution, sewer networks, and utilities.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, InfraWorks, SewerGEMS, WaterGEMS, or similar software.
• Experience in multidisciplinary engineering consultancy projects.
• Strong understanding of local and international infrastructure design standards.
• Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams and large-scale projects.
• Familiarity with BIM workflows and design coordination processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the Infrastructure Engineering Department.
• Oversee the design and delivery of roads, utilities, drainage, stormwater, water, sewer, and site development projects.
• Establish infrastructure design standards, procedures, and quality control processes.
• Review and approve technical reports, engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with internal disciplines, clients, authorities, and external consultants.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant local regulations, standards, and project requirements.
• Manage project resources, schedules, budgets, and department performance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers, designers, and BIM specialists.
• Support business development efforts through proposals, client presentations, and technical input.
• Resolve complex engineering challenges and support projects through construction and handover phases.
