Dar Al Riyadh seeks a senior Structural Engineering Department lead in Makati to oversee the department portfolio, coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, and mentor engineers. The role demands extensive experience in concrete, steel, precast, and foundation design, plus proficiency in major design tools and BIM workflows.

Responsibilities include guiding design reviews, ensuring code compliance, supporting business development, and providing construction support through shop drawings reviews

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Master's Degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 20+ years of structural design experience in consultancy environments.
• Strong experience in reinforced concrete, steel, precast, and foundation design.
• Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD Pro, and Revit Structure.
• Strong knowledge of international and local structural design codes.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary projects and engineering teams.
• Excellent technical review, leadership, and client management skills.
• Experience in BIM coordination and digital engineering workflows.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
