Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Master's Degree is preferred.
• Minimum 20+ years of infrastructure design and project delivery experience.
• Strong experience in roads, highways, drainage, stormwater, water distribution, sewer networks, and utilities.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, InfraWorks, SewerGEMS, WaterGEMS, or similar software.
• Experience in multidisciplinary engineering consultancy projects.
• Strong understanding of local and international infrastructure design standards.
• Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams and large-scale projects.
• Familiarity with BIM workflows and design coordination processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
