Dar Al Riyadh is seeking a BIM Modeler (Structures) for an on-site role in Metro Manila. The candidate will develop and maintain accurate structural BIM models, coordinating with architecture, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure constructability and consistency with design specifications.

The role involves translating construction drawings into detailed 3D models, updating models through the project lifecycle, and producing model-based documentation for design reviews and construction.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Metro Manila for a BIM Modeler | Structures at Dar Al Riyadh. The BIM Modeler will develop and maintain accurate structural BIM models, coordinating with architecture, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure consistency and constructability. Responsibilities include interpreting and translating construction drawings and design specifications into detailed 3D models, updating models throughout the project lifecycle, and preparing model-based documentation for design reviews and construction use. The role involves close collaboration with engineers, architects, and project managers to resolve clashes, support design changes, and ensure that models align with project standards, codes, and client requirements. The BIM Modeler will also contribute to improving modeling workflows and maintaining quality and data integrity within BIM environments.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows, with experience in structural modeling and coordination.
• Background in Structural Engineering, with proven capability to work as a BIM Modeler on building and infrastructure projects.
• Experience collaborating with Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) teams to coordinate interdisciplinary models and resolve clashes.
• Ability to read, interpret, and produce detailed Construction Drawings and model-based documentation for design and construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Familiarity with relevant building codes, standards, and structural systems; experience in consultancy or construction environments is an advantage.
• Proficiency in common BIM and CAD software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD or similar), and strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary, multicultural project teams on-site.
