Job summary

Google Operations Center is seeking a Digital Media Senior Associate to deliver support for Google Ads and analytics products, covering problem management, security and technology support.

You will communicate clearly with customers and account managers, escalate issues as needed, and collaborate across teams to resolve inquiries while upholding high-quality service and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Two to six years of customer support/troubleshooting experience in online advertising/analytics products or hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience with Adwords and Google Analytics functions.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt and efficient service to Customers and Account Managers including escalation of issues.
• Maintains a positive and professional demeanor while addressing sensitive issues.
• Communicates clearly in written and spoken form.
• Demonstrates time-management skills and independence.
• Collaborates with other departments to resolve customer questions and issues.
