Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to support the execution of programmatic media campaigns across global markets. You will collaborate with Account Management and Revenue teams to ensure campaigns are trafficked, deployed, monitored, and optimized at scale.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, operationally strong, and capable of managing multiple campaign workflows while ensuring accurate tagging, tracking, and reporting alignment to support campaign success.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Ad Operations, Campaign Management, or Media Operations.
• Familiarity with programmatic platforms and ad servers (e.g., DV360 or similar).
• Experience trafficking IAB display and video ad units.
• Strong QA and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Support trafficking and deployment of digital media campaigns across programmatic platforms.
• Assist with campaign deployment across publisher environments, ensuring tagging and tracking before launch.
• Ensure accurate timestamp tracking, tagging, and QA validation.
• Monitor live campaigns and identify delivery, pacing, or technical issues.

Job Summary

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the execution and delivery of programmatic media campaigns across global markets. This role works closely with Account Management and Revenue teams to ensure campaigns are trafficked, deployed, monitored, and optimized effectively.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, operationally strong, and capable of managing multiple campaign workflows while ensuring accurate tagging, tracking, and reporting alignment to support campaign success. This role plays a key part in ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently, accurately, and at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Ad Operations

• Support trafficking and deployment of digital media campaigns across programmatic platforms.
• Assist with campaign deployment across publisher environments, ensuring accurate tagging, tracking, and readiness prior to launch.
• Ensure accurate timestamp tracking, tagging implementation, and quality assurance validation.
• Monitor live campaigns and identify delivery, pacing, or technical issues that may impact performance.
• Support campaign swaps, environment rotations, and deployment updates as required.

Campaign Management Support

• Partner with Account Managers to execute managed-service media plans.
• Maintain documentation across order forms, deployment sheets, and campaign tracking matrices.
• Align reporting inputs with campaign performance data and timestamp records.
• Assist with campaign billing reconciliation and internal tracking processes.

Process & Operational Support

• Help standardize execution workflows to support higher-frequency campaign deployments.
• Maintain accuracy and coordination across global time zones, including U.S. and EMEA teams.
• Support internal documentation and operational playbooks to improve campaign execution processes.
• Work in a back-office capacity to support client-facing teams and ensure seamless campaign delivery.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Ad Operations, Campaign Management, or Media Operations.
• Familiarity with programmatic platforms and ad servers (e.g., DV360 or similar).
• Experience trafficking IAB display and video ad units.
• Strong QA and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple campaign workflows simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and operational discipline.
• Process-driven with strong documentation habits.
• Comfortable working behind the scenes to ensure flawless campaign execution.
• Ability to coordinate work across global time zones.
