Digital Media Operations Lead
Location: Harton, Parañaque, Philippines
Work setup & shift: Hybrid | Nightshift
Compensation: 100,000-100,000 PHP / Month (Full‑Time)
Job Summary
The Digital Media Operations Lead oversees the execution and delivery of programmatic media campaigns across global markets while providing leadership and guidance to the Ad Operations team. This role works closely with Account Management and Revenue teams to ensure campaigns are trafficked, deployed, monitored, and optimized effectively while maintaining operational accuracy and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee trafficking and deployment of digital media campaigns across programmatic platforms.
- Supervise campaign deployment across publisher environments, ensuring accurate tagging, tracking, and readiness prior to launch.
- Ensure timestamp tracking, tagging implementation, and rigorous QA validation across campaigns.
- Monitor live campaigns and proactively identify delivery, pacing, or technical issues that may impact performance.
- Oversee campaign swaps, environment rotations, and deployment updates as required.
- Provide guidance, quality control, and support to Ad Operations team members handling campaign workflows.
- Partner with Account Managers to execute managed‑service media plans.
- Review and maintain documentation across order forms, deployment sheets, and campaign tracking matrices.
- Ensure reporting inputs align with campaign performance data and timestamp records.
- Oversee campaign billing reconciliation and internal delivery tracking processes.
- Serve as an escalation point for operational or technical campaign issues.
- Help standardize execution workflows to support higher‑frequency campaign deployments.
- Maintain coordination and operational accuracy across global time zones, including U.S. and EMEA teams.
- Support the development and maintenance of internal documentation and operational playbooks.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign execution processes, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Support client‑facing teams in a back‑office capacity to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Ad Operations, Campaign Management, or Media Operations.
- Prior experience supervising, mentoring, or guiding team members is preferred.
- Familiarity with programmatic platforms and ad servers (e.g., DV360 or similar).
- Experience trafficking IAB display and video ad units.
- Strong QA, troubleshooting, and campaign optimization skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple campaign workflows simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and operational discipline.
- Process‑driven with strong documentation habits.
- Ability to coordinate work across global time zones.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills when working with cross‑functional teams.
