InLife Benefits PH is seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Lead in the Philippines to drive the company's online presence. You will shape strategy and oversee channels including website, eShop, social, search, and paid media to deliver measurable results.

You will manage campaigns, optimize media buying across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta, develop lead-generation initiatives, and collaborate with IT and agencies to ensure alignment with brand direction and performance KPIs.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in digital, media, or performance marketing.
Relevant professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Google, SEO preferred.
Proven track record in multi-channel campaigns and media management.
Demonstrated success in lead generation and growth through digital strategy.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute the company's digital marketing strategy.
Manage and optimize all digital channels (website, eShop, social, search, paid media).
Drive brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and business results.
Plan and optimize multi-channel campaigns (paid and organic).
Oversee media buying across platforms (LinkedIn, Google, Meta, etc.).
Develop and implement lead generation initiatives.
Track campaign performance and drive continuous optimization.
Manage website/eShop performance, UX, and content.
Implement SEO strategies with agency support.
Analyze traffic, behavior, and conversion metrics.
Collaborate with IT, agencies, and internal teams for execution.
Align social media strategy and content with brand direction.
Monitor engagement and manage online communities.
Report performance, build dashboards, and generate insights.
Define KPIs and measure digital effectiveness.
