Job summary

LinkedHelpers in the Philippines is seeking a highly experienced Digital Designer & Content Marketer to craft Meta ads, develop a brand voice, and drive social media and email marketing for international clients.

The role requires hands-on experience with Meta advertising, Klaviyo, Shopify, and video editing, plus strong English communication and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with international clients (USA, Australia, Singapore) or markets outside the Philippines.
• Hands-on experience creating Meta advertising campaigns with published ads.
• Practical experience with Klaviyo, including email design and performance tracking.
• Strong brand development, organic social media management, and content strategy skills.
• Advanced graphic design using Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva.
• Hands-on Shopify and website design experience.
• Ability to demonstrate measurable results (CTR, engagement, conversions, ROI).
• Excellent English communication and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Create professional Facebook and Instagram ads (static, carousel, video).
• Develop and execute brand-consistent social media strategies for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Design and manage Klaviyo email campaigns, newsletters, and marketing flows.
• Design and update Shopify websites, landing pages, and product pages.
• Produce high-quality graphics and edit engaging videos using CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Monitor campaign performance and ROI to improve creative output.

This position is for an experienced professional who has successfully executed real marketing campaigns and understands how creative work drives engagement, conversions, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Create professional, conversion-focused Facebook and Instagram (Meta) advertisements, including static, carousel, and video ads.
• Develop and execute brand-consistent social media strategies for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Design and manage Klaviyo email campaigns, newsletters, and marketing flows.
• Design and update Shopify websites, landing pages, and product pages.
• Produce high-quality graphics and edit engaging videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Monitor campaign performance, engagement, conversions, and ROI to continuously improve creative output.

Requirements
