As the brand expands, the demand for high-converting content across digital marketing channels, paid ads, and email campaigns has increased significantly. They are seeking a detail-oriented, highly creative Digital Marketing Specialist & Video Editor in the Philippines to join their marketing team.

About The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, highly visual remote creative who takes pride in flawless execution and clean brand aesthetics. You are comfortable taking raw video footage and turning it into polished, high-converting short-form ad content tailored for Meta (Facebook & Instagram).

You have a strong eye for visual pacing, dynamic transitions, text overlays, and trending audio, combined with the versatility to design and format email marketing newsletters in Klaviyo. You thrive in a collaborative environment working directly alongside a Marketing Manager, take creative feedback well, and enjoy keeping asset pipelines organized.

Role Overview

Working directly alongside the Marketing Manager, you will transform raw video footage into high-performing short-form video assets for Meta ads, working from provided briefs and creative direction.

You will also assist in uploading completed ads into Meta Ads Manager and organizing campaign structures, as well as supporting broader retention marketing efforts by designing and executing Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) campaigns in Klaviyo.

Key Responsibilities

• Short-Form Video Editing & Content Creation (~20 Hours/Week)
• Raw Footage Transformation: Transform raw video footage into engaging, polished short-form video assets, bringing provided briefs to life and optimizing content for Meta ads across Facebook and Instagram.
• Ad-Focused Editing: Apply hooks, dynamic transitions, text overlays, trending audio, and call-to-actions that drive engagement and sales for product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Brand Consistency & Perfection: Maintain strict attention to detail to align with high visual standards, brand aesthetics, and tone.
• Multi-Tool Proficiency: Work efficiently in Canva, VN Editor, Edits, or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Meta Ads Manager Administration (~5 Hours/Week)
• Ad Uploads & Organization: Assist in uploading completed video ads into Meta Ads Manager, ensuring correct asset assignment, ad set placement, and account organization.
• Digital Marketing & Email Campaign Support (~15 Hours/Week)
• Klaviyo EDM Creation: Build, format, and design Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) newsletters and promotional campaigns in Klaviyo.
• Campaign & Launch Support: Create visually compelling digital marketing assets for new product drops, seasonal promotions, brand updates, and customer retention flows.
• Marketing Asset Coordination: Work directly with marketing leadership to align graphics, copy layout, and visual collateral across email, paid social ads, and digital channels.

Hard Skills & Qualifications

• Location & Setup: Based in the Philippines with a high-speed fiber internet connection and a reliable workstation setup.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in digital marketing support, short-form video editing, content creation, and email marketing.
• Platform Knowledge: Solid understanding of Meta ads (Instagram/Facebook) creative best practices and Klaviyo email campaign assembly.
• High Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision and high visual standards—someone who takes pride in flawless execution, clean layouts, and brand alignment.
• English Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal English skills for seamless daily collaboration with Australian marketing leadership.
• Design & Editing Tools: Hands-on experience with Canva, VN Editor, Edits, or Adobe Premiere Pro.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Australian (AUS) consumer brands, fashion, apparel, or lifestyle niches.
• Portfolio demonstrating short-form video ad edits and digital marketing/email designs.
