Job summary

Monroe Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee dialysis center facilities, construction, renovation, and maintenance across the Philippines. The role requires licensed engineering credentials and strong project management, with oversight of greenfield and acquired centers.

The successful candidate will manage MEP and other building systems, coordinate with contractors, and travel nationwide for site inspections and project oversight.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed or qualified Engineer with strong experience in construction, project management, facilities management.
• Approximately 10 years of relevant experience in facilities management, construction, or project management.
• Experience managing greenfield construction projects and acquired facilities.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (MEP, electrical, HVAC, water, waste management) and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee greenfield dialysis center construction from ground up, including fit-out and completion.
• Manage renovation, repair, and improvement works for acquired facilities.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants throughout project lifecycles.
• Ensure facilities are safe, compliant, and operational across multiple sites nationwide.
• Lead and develop a small facilities team and travel nationwide for site visits.
