Job summary

Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a medical device manufacturing company to hire a Manufacturing Director based in Magallanes, Makati. The role leads maintenance and facilities, ensuring reliability, ISO compliance, and successful execution of projects and budgets.

You will oversee a multi-disciplinary team, drive CAPA, and champion continuous improvement while coordinating with operations and quality to sustain high-performance manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field required.
• 10+ years in equipment/production maintenance and facility management in manufacturing.
• 3-5 years of leadership and people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance, calibration, facility management and vendor management.
• Knowledge of ISO standards, audits, CAPA, and continuous improvement.
• Strong project and budget management skills.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads the maintenance and facilities function, overseeing equipment maintenance, repairs and installations, calibration, and facility upkeep.
• Ensures ISO compliance, CAPA, budgets and effective execution of maintenance projects and vendor management with continuous improvement initiatives.
