Job summary

UltaHost in Metro Manila is seeking a Senior Internal Security & Security Operations Engineer to own internal security across IAM, monitoring, and incident response. You will implement preventive controls, improve security monitoring, and lead containment and remediation efforts in a fast-paced environment.

In this role you will manage MFA, SSO, PAM, privileged access, and password vaults across devices, VPNs, and cloud services while coordinating with HR, IT, and system owners to reduce risk

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on security experience focusing on IAM, SOC, and incident response.
• Experience implementing RBAC, MFA, SSO, PAM, and access auditing.
• Strong knowledge of cloud/SaaS and on-prem security controls.

Responsibilities

• Own identity, access, and credential security across employees and contractors.
• Monitor security events, investigate alerts, contain threats, and drive remediation to closure.
• Develop and maintain playbooks, detection rules, and escalation paths.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and product teams to strengthen access governance.
