Job summary

Axos Business Center is seeking a DevOps Engineer in Manila to design, build, and maintain scalable application platforms with a developer mindset. You will develop and maintain automation scripts, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve DevOps workflows and environments.

The role emphasizes participation in Agile DevOps, release planning, and post-production support, with focus on platform stability and availability across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Less than 5 years of total professional experience in software engineering, DevOps, site reliability, or platform engineering roles.
• Solid software development background with growing hands-on exposure to DevOps practices and automation.
• Programming experience in one or more languages such as C#, Go, or Java.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain scalable application platforms with a developer mindset.
• Develop and enhance automation scripts and tooling to meet evolving requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in DevOps tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and infrastructure teams to evolve workflows and environments.
• Participate in Agile DevOps design, development, testing, and release with focus on release and post-production support.
