Job summary

PH62 Nexperia Philippines is seeking a Senior Developer / System Analyst to drive the analysis, design, development, and support of MES, manufacturing, and quality applications. You will translate business needs into technical solutions and lead delivery of enterprise-grade software for manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, designing specs, developing with C#.NET/Java/PL-SQL, and leading testing cycles (FUT/SIT/UAT).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in application development, systems analysis, implementation, and support. Strong experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements.
• Proficiency in C#.NET, Java, SQL, PL/SQL, and related development technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server database management systems.
• Experience in software design, system integration, and application support.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience preparing Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and Technical Specification Documents (TSD).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), particularly Camstar, is an advantage.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and quality systems is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
