Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of FTTH network design and engineering experience.
• Proficient in network design, planning, and optimization tools.
• Experience with AutoCAD (2D/3D).
• Experience in surveying and designing OSP within the telecommunication industry.
• Experience in handling RTA and BOM/BOQ creation.
• Strong technical knowledge of FTTH technologies, protocols, and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams.
