Job summary

EY in Taguig is seeking a Deployment Learning Coordinator to coordinate learning programs and manage classroom deployments, both on-site and virtual, in support of global service lines. The role involves LMS administration, roster management, and cross-team collaboration.

The successful candidate will handle scheduling, communications, and compliance, while partner teams coordinate production, events, and post-class activities. This position may require overtime during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing conference logistics, program deployment or project management.
• Proficient in Excel (filters, vlookups, pivot tables and Power Query).
• Proficient in MS Teams, SharePoint and Office 360
• Strong attention to detail and impeccable communication skills
• Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills
• Great interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain trusted relationships
• Willingness to work in a team environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently during peak times
• Ability to take initiative and think through next steps / prioritize items to complete
• This position may require overtime during peak times.

Responsibilities

• Submit courses and scheduling offerings.
• Manage participant rosters, communications and compliance.
• Produce and deploy training including on-site and virtual components.
• Prepare classrooms and materials, and coordinate with production teams.
• Maintain SharePoint site for areas of responsibility.
• Ensure CE credits are awarded and track attendance.
• Participate in weekly status updates with LSS & LDM.
• Create and distribute evaluation reports to facilitators and leadership.
