EY is seeking a Supervising Associate, Consulting Learner Support in Taguig to lead learner support, learning operations and program administration within Consulting. The role coordinates inquiries, policies, registrations and certifications while collaborating with leadership, deployment, finance and vendors.

The ideal candidate excels in written and verbal communication, manages multiple priorities, and uses Microsoft 365 tools to improve self-service and reporting across learning programs.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in learning operations or related functions.
• Experience managing a shared mailbox or service channel, including triage, stakeholder communication, issue resolution and escalation management.
• Experience supporting budgets, accruals, invoices, forecasts or other financial administration activities.
• Advanced capability in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint.
• Experience preparing reports, dashboards and business communications for leadership.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Elevated learner support and mailbox management across multiple Consulting pillars.
• Coordinate operational activities for learning programs, certifications and mandatory learning.
• Support facilitator identification, onboarding and coordination for programs.
• Assist with budget tracking, accruals and vendor management for learning operations.
• Develop SOPs, reports and dashboards to improve efficiency and governance.
