Job summary

EY is seeking an Assurance Learning Coordinator to organize and deploy learning programs. The role partners with the Learning Services Specialist and Learning Leader to provide timely support for classes, schedule offerings, manage rosters and ensure compliance.

The LC will handle VILT sessions, learner inquiries, and weekly status updates, contributing to successful training delivery while maintaining high attention to detail and strong communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating conferences, programs or projects.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience using Outlook, Excel and LMS tools is essential.
• Familiarity with virtual platforms and learning technologies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate course schedules, rosters and communications for learning events.
• Set up courses in the LMS and track attendance and CE credits.
• Support virtual sessions via Zoom/Teams and manage producer guides.
• Assist facilitator management and distribute post-session evaluations.
