ITVT Philippines is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead agile delivery across multiple platform initiatives in the Pasig area. You will drive sprint predictability, coordinate cross‑functional dependencies, and promote AI‑assisted automation tools like GitHub Copilot within Azure DevOps workflows.

The role emphasizes standardization, rapid delivery, and measurable improvements in cycle time and throughput, aligning with broader digital transformation efforts across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Delivery Lead, or similar Agile role.
• Strong background in multi‑team, cross‑functional environments.
• Deep understanding of Agile, Kanban, Flow Management, and dependency management.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines) and CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
• System‑thinking mindset with focus on outcomes, standardization, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
