York Hamilton Corporate Partners in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Dataverse / Power Platform Developer to help build reusable, scalable capabilities for a government-focused product. You will work across Dynamics 365 / Dataverse, Power Automate and Azure services, delivering pro-code and configuration-driven features with strong ALM.

The role emphasizes engineering quality, security governance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams while mentoring others and exploring AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Senior software engineer delivering commercial products with strong engineering practices.
• Analyst/programmer experience translating business processes into technical solutions.
• Experience with Power Platform, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365 in production.
• Knowledge of ALM, security design, and governance for cloud solutions.
• Proven ability to mentor others and balance new features with maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and improve CouncilFirst features for reuse across councils.
• Design solutions across data model, integrations, and non-functional requirements.
• Deliver model-driven features on Dynamics 365 / Dataverse with pro-code and config.
• Build Power Automate flows with ALM, monitoring and error handling.
• Support releases, automation, observability and incident response.
• Collaborate with teams on triage, prioritisation and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to AI-enabled enhancements and coaching of team members.
