Job summary

ManpowerGroup in the Philippines is seeking a skilled data platform operations professional to monitor and support Azure, Databricks, and Power BI environments, ensuring reliable data flows and timely issue resolution.

You will manage CI/CD, governance, and incident response while collaborating with engineering, analytics, and business teams to improve automation, security, and cost visibility.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Azure, Databricks, and Power BI operations.
• Experience in DevOps, CI/CD, and incident management.
• Strong SQL, Python/PySpark troubleshooting, and data pipeline knowledge.
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and monitor data-platform operations across Azure, Databricks, Power BI, and ETL/ELT environments.
• Monitor pipeline failures and respond to service interruptions with escalation.
• Diagnose issues involving jobs, credentials, access controls, and data refreshes.
• Manage CI/CD activities, release coordination, and environment promotions.
• Administer access in Azure, Databricks, and Power BI per governance.
• Perform controlled reruns, backfills, and routine operational tasks.
• Apply Python/PySpark knowledge to troubleshoot data-processing issues.
• Maintain runbooks, incident records, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, analytics, and business stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve reliability, monitoring, and cloud cost visibility.
