Job summary

Hexaware seeks an experienced Data Migration Specialist to lead migration from legacy systems into Trade360, Flexcube, Murex and ACBS. You will define strategy, profiles, mappings and ensure data integrity and audit compliance.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in data migration, strong SQL, expert ETL tooling (Informatica, DataStage, ODI, Talend) and banking domain knowledge to drive complex migrations across platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data migration.
• Experience migrating from legacy systems to Trade360, Flexcube, Murex and ACBS.
• Strong SQL and data reconciliation skills.
• Banking domain knowledge and SDLC/Agile delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Define data migration strategy and approach (phased/big bang).
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, and enrichment.
• Create mapping rules between legacy and target systems.
• Execute migration cycles and reconcile data.
• Ensure data integrity, completeness, and audit compliance.
