OwnBank seeks a Head of Data Governance & Regulatory Reporting to lead enterprise data governance, data quality, regulatory reporting governance, data architecture oversight, analytics governance, data management, data security, and data culture initiatives.

The role ensures enterprise data is accurate, complete, secure, and traceable to approved sources for regulatory, business, and management decision-making.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in data governance, data management, or related fields.
• 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Banking/financial services experience highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of regulatory reporting and datacontrols.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise data governance framework, policies, and stewardship structures.
• Oversee data quality standards, profiling, remediation, and dashboards.
• Govern regulatory reporting processes for accuracy, timeliness, and evidence.
• Oversee data architecture governance, data models, and analytics platforms.
• Ensure data security, privacy, access controls, and retention practices.
• Promote data governance culture and conduct awareness and training.
• Lead the Data Governance & Regulatory Reporting team and liaise with stakeholders.
