Artefact in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to lead data projects and build scalable data pipelines. You will design, implement, and maintain data architectures across platforms, ensuring data quality and governance.

You will mentor a team of data engineers, collaborate with analysts and architects, and continuously evaluate new technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, and Airflow to advance our data capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of industry experience in data engineering with strong SQL/Python and big data.
• Certification in AWS and/or GCP preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with Databricks and Snowflake.
• Solid CI/CD and DevOps understanding.
• Proven leadership in data engineering teams.
• Strong project management and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience leading large scale data engineering projects.
• Knowledge of data architecture: data mesh, data lake, data warehouse.

Responsibilities
