Job summary

enablesGROUP is hiring a Senior Data Engineer in Ortigas, Pasig, PH. The role is hybrid (3x onsite, 2x WFH) with a focus on building scalable data pipelines and platform components for analytics and AI use cases.

You will own core data engineering workstreams on the Databricks Lakehouse, applying SQL, Python, and PySpark, while leveraging IaC, CI/CD, and data governance practices to deliver robust data products.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years' experience in data engineering or related technical role.
• Proficient in SQL and Python (incl. PySpark).
• Hands-on Databricks experience (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, notebooks, workflows, Auto Loader).
• Strong Azure cloud services experience (ADF, Data Lake Gen2, Key Vault, DevOps).
• Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines on Databricks Lakehouse.
• Develop transformations using SQL, Python, and PySpark for BI/Analytics/AI use cases.
• Implement IaC (Terraform) and CI/CD practices; ensure data governance and lineage.
