Job summary

Insight is seeking a Data Engineer for the AI Development team in a hybrid setup. You will build and maintain data pipelines powering AI transformation and analytics, using Databricks, GCP, and Azure to ensure clean, reliable data for model training and enterprise reporting.

You will collaborate with AI developers and business stakeholders to prepare datasets for AI use cases, implement data quality checks, and support Power BI dashboards and BI initiatives. Fluency in English required.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of data engineering experience building production data pipelines.
Proficient with Databricks for data engineering and lakehouse support (PySpark, Workflows).
Hands-on cloud data services experience in Azure or GCP.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines ingesting data from ERP, CRM, and e-commerce sources.
Maintain and optimize Databricks-based data lakehouse for data science and BI needs.
Implement data quality checks and monitoring to ensure data integrity for AI apps and dashboards.
Collaborate with AI developers and stakeholders to optimize datasets for AI use cases.
Utilize Databricks MCP and Feature Store to prepare data for ML models and AI applications.
Support data governance, including data lineage and security; document data assets.
