Job summary

Eaton in the Philippines is seeking a Technical Solutions Manager to lead the development of PQ and PD technical solutions. You will drive solution architectures, validate designs, ensure technical compliance, and support strategic customer engagements.

You will serve as the primary pre-sales resource for PQ, collaborating with sales, partners, customers, and internal teams to deliver competitive, customer-focused solutions and enable value engineering throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years in pre-sales, solution design, and technical support for data center infrastructure.
• CDCP certification is a strong advantage.
• Experience designing integrated data center and critical infrastructure solutions.
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, codes, and standards.
• Familiarity with UPS, cooling, switchgear, RMUs, transformers, DCIM, EPMS.
• Ability to deliver technical presentations and solutions to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication in Filipino and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, architecture, and technical validation of integrated PQ/PD and data center solutions.
• Develop cost-effective, scalable, and compliant configurations meeting customer needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Project Management, Services, and partners to deliver competitive solutions.
• Prepare proposals, architectures, BOMs, specifications, and supporting documents for bids.
• Deliver technical presentations, workshops, and training to customers and internal teams.
• Mentor pre-sales engineers and support launches with enablement materials.
