First Focus in Ortigas is seeking a Senior Data & BI Specialist who can turn spreadsheets, APIs, and business requests into reliable data solutions. You will design data warehouses, lakehouse designs, pipelines, and dashboards for enterprise use, blending software engineering with data engineering.

You will work with Azure, Snowflake, and Power BI, collaborate with stakeholders, implement governance, and participate in Agile delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong Python, SQL, PySpark skills.
• Experience building data warehouses, lakehouses, and BI data models.
• Hands-on with batch and streaming pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain modern data warehouses and lakehouse solutions.
• Develop scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
• Build dashboards and BI solutions that business teams actually use.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand analytics requirements.
• Design data models that support operational and strategic decisions.
• Ensure data governance, security, and quality across platforms.
• Develop integrations between business systems and data platforms.
• Contribute to application development using modern web frameworks or low-code tools.
• Participate in solution design, code reviews, and Agile delivery.
