Job summary
ERNI is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong Agile delivery experience, data analytics expertise, and data migration leadership to join our Manila team. You will collaborate with business users, product owners, and technical teams to define needs, write user stories, and steer delivery across project lifecycles.
You will lead data analytics and reporting initiatives, act as Power BI SME, drive data migration planning and validation, and support MAS integration efforts within the ERNI
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Management, Business Management, Accounting, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Conduct requirements elicitation workshops with business users and stakeholders.
- Analyze, refine, and document business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Develop and maintain project requirements in Azure DevOps.
- Define business processes with stakeholders.
- Lead data analytics and reporting requirements, KPI definitions, and dashboards in Power BI.
- Coordinate data migration planning and execution across workstreams.
- Support QA and UAT testing and ensure data governance and quality.
