Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Senior Developer, Data Analytics to design, develop, and maintain Looker solutions remotely from Metro Manila, Philippines. You will collaborate with analytics engineers, data analysts, and business stakeholders to build scalable data models, dashboards, and reports that support decision-making across the organization.

You will help maintain Looker development standards, participate in deployments, and contribute to BI platform improvements, while reporting to the Senior

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience developing BI, analytics, or reporting solutions.
• 2+ years of experience working with Looker, including LookML development and dashboard creation.
• Experience creating dimensions, measures, views, and Explores using LookML.
• Strong SQL skills with experience querying and validating data.
• Experience with Git version control, including branching, pull requests, and code reviews.
• Understanding of data modeling concepts and reporting best practices.
• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain LookML models, views, dimensions, measures, and Explores.
• Create and enhance dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Support code deployments and Git-based development processes (pull requests, reviews).
• Troubleshoot Looker models, dashboards, and query performance.
• Optimize Looker content for usability, scalability, and performance.
• Work with data engineers and analysts to ensure data accuracy across reporting.
• Assist with implementing data governance, access controls, and security practices.
