Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking a Looker Lead to join our Data Lake team in a hybrid setup in Taguig. You will spearhead the Tableau-to-Looker migration, leveraging Looker and Power BI to deliver robust data insights across pharmaceutical and warehouse domains.

The ideal candidate has 5–6 years of data analytics experience, strong Looker expertise, and solid SQL skills (MSSQL, Postgres), with Azure or GCP familiarity. You will troubleshoot and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

5-6 years of professional experience in a data analytics environment.
Experience working in a multinational company.
Good to have a background in the Pharmaceuticals and/or Warehouse Distribution industry.

Responsibilities

Lead migration from Tableau to Looker, ensuring a seamless transition.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into Looker visuals.
High proficiency in developing LookML models and dashboards.
Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and data models in Looker and Power BI.
Administer Looker content, folders, and access controls for data security and governance.
Develop complex calculations using DAX, M language, and DAX Studio.
Utilize Power Query for ETL tasks.
Work with MSSQL, NoSQL, Postgres, SSMS to analyze data for reporting.
Experience with Azure or GCP for storage and processing.
Troubleshoot data extraction, transformation and visualization issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize analytics processes.
Stay updated on Power BI and Looker best practices.
