Job summary

TTEC in the Philippines is seeking a Business Analyst to work remotely from Metro Manila. You will empower actionable insights that elevate customer experience by analyzing CX data and presenting clear recommendations to leadership.

Partner with the BI team to build reports and dashboards using Tableau, Zendesk Analytics and Talkdesk Explore, and translate data into proactive solutions that guide strategy and decision‑making.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of CX processes, workflows, and operational metrics.
• Experience collecting and interpreting customer data across multiple channels (surveys, digital feedback, NPS).
• Proven ability to craft clear, compelling data presentations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with leadership to refine CX strategies based on data insights.
