Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Senior Data Analyst II to support business decision-making through data analysis, dashboard development, reporting automation, and performance monitoring. You will manage and enhance operational dashboards, maintain data connections, and generate business insights for stakeholders across Service Operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and data visualization, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in data analytics, BI, reporting or related roles.
• Experience managing enterprise dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Experience with large datasets from multiple data sources.

Responsibilities

• Dashboard Management and Analytics: support and enhance dashboards such as F2, Demand Generation, Tendering dashboards.
• Develop, automate, and optimize dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions.
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations based on data.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets; perform trend forecasting and root-cause analysis.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across reporting platforms.
• Data Management & Process Improvement: manage data connections and integrations; identify opportunities to automate reporting.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: work with operations teams and regional stakeholders; act as SME for reporting and data visualization.
