Job summary

Schneider Electric in Cavite, Philippines is seeking a data analytics professional to develop standard reports and dashboards using Tableau and internal reporting systems. You will query, transform, and manage backend data models with SQL to support business analytics.

You will translate business requirements into functional designs, design data pipelines, and assist in dashboard modifications to meet specifications with minimal disruption.

• Hands-on experience building dashboards with Tableau.

What will you do?

• Develop standard reports and dashboards using Tableau and core Schneider Electric reporting systems.
• Query, transform, and manage backend data models using hands-on SQL to support business analytics needs.
• Assist in the design and modification of existing dashboards to ensure inclusion of all business specifications and minimal disruption to critical reports.
• Translate business requirements into functional system design requirements and data pipelines.
• Support global teams with ad-hoc reporting and dashboard queries.
• Document processes, reporting models, and queries to ensure clear technical understanding and maintainability

Who would be successful?

• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related discipline.
• Proven hands-on experience building interactive dashboards using Tableau and writing queries in SQL.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with global cross-functional stakeholders.
• High proficiency in Excel and analytics documentation.
• Ability to work effectively in a flexible morning schedule and collaborate with global support teams.
