Datacom is a leading Australasian technology provider delivering data platform and BI solutions. The Senior Data & Analytics Consultant/Engineer will own end-to-end data platforms and partner with clients to drive strategic outcomes.

This role emphasizes architecture, delivery leadership, and hands-on data engineering, including Azure, Snowflake, Power BI, and modern ETL/ELT practices across cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering modern data platforms.
• Strong experience with data profiling and integration recommendations.
• Advanced ETL/ELT process design and implementation.
• Excellent consultation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in EDW design and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of large-scale data platform and BI solutions.
• Design, implement and own end-to-end data platform components.
• Collaborate with principal consultants and client stakeholders.
• Gather requirements and run workshops with business users.
• Provide documentation, training and knowledge transfer to customers.
