Boldr PH, INC. is seeking a Senior Data Analytics Engineer within the Professional Services team.

You will design, implement, and optimize data infrastructure spanning on-premise SQL and Microsoft Fabric, with Dataverse/Dynamics 365 integration, and deliver actionable insights through Power BI dashboards. As a senior contributor, you will define best practices, mentor teammates, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and ensure secure, scalable data platforms that meet customer needs and

Qualifications

• BS degree in relevant fields (CS, Eng, Math, Econ, Stats, Info Mgmt).
• 3+ years in a technical role handling large data sets (ETL, Data Warehousing, Analytics).
• 6+ years in a client-facing role as primary technical contact.
• Extensive experience with SQL Server, ETL pipelines, and data engineering in hybrid on-premise/cloud environments.
• Hands-on design/operation of data solutions within Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Data Pipelines).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of ETL and data pipelines across multiple platforms.
• Define and implement best practices for data integration, transformation, quality, security, and governance.
• Manage data migrations, archival processes, and integrations across various systems and databases.
• Create and maintain advanced data visualizations, dashboards, and analytical models (Power BI) to support insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Implement and configure platform components and new features for clients.
• Set up and maintain unified data models across disparate sources for consistency.
• Engage with customers to gather requirements and provide hands-on implementation support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, improving performance and reliability.
• Develop automated solutions to address recurring issues; contribute to internal tools/processes.
• Maintain detailed documentation and internal knowledge bases.
