Job summary

Spreetail Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst to design and scale analytics models and tooling that optimize transportation networks, reduce shipping costs, and boost EBITDA.

You will develop and enhance tools such as carrier dashboards, routing optimizers, chargeback systems, and cost benchmarking engines, driving automation and data accuracy. You will deliver predictive insights for real-time and forward-looking transportation performance, collaborating across time zones with US-based leaders

Qualifications

• 4 to 6+ years of analytics experience, ideally in transportation, supply chain, logistics, or ecommerce operations.
• Strong SQL skills (Snowflake, Starburst, or similar) and advanced Excel; able to write and optimize complex queries independently; Power BI proficiency, including building dashboards and DAX measures from scratch.
• Self-directed problem solver who can take an ambiguous business question, scope it, pull the data, and deliver actionable insight with minimal oversight.
• Excellent written and verbal English; comfortable presenting findings directly to US-based leaders and stakeholders, has experience working across time zones with US teams.
• Bonus: exposure to carrier rate analysis, freight cost modeling, or warehouse/inbound operations data.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally and support automation efforts while contributing to scalable, high-impact analytics solutions.

You will also drive automation, improve data accuracy, and deliver predictive insights that support real-time and forward-looking transportation performance management across the business.

This is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup

Desktop/Laptop system requirements:

• - 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor;
• - at least 4GB RAM;
• - Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system
• - You are required to provide your own dual monitors
• - A strong and stable internet connection (A DSL, cable or fiber wired internet service with 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection)
